The website's request builders prepare an email locally in your browser and open your email application. Bura Energy receives the information only if you send the email. Form values are not transmitted to a website form service or saved in browser storage. The copy function uses your clipboard only when selected.

Information and purposes

Contact, company, mandate/project, correspondence and standard server-log data are processed to answer enquiries, assess opportunities, conduct KYC/KYB background and AML checks during business qualification, take pre-contractual steps, administer NDAs and transactions, secure the website, meet legal duties and protect claims. Legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR, as applicable. If you ask to receive the monthly listings update, we use your business email for that purpose on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) until you unsubscribe by replying to any update.

Business qualification may require company registration, ownership and authority-to-act information, plus identification details where necessary. We request the relevant information separately. Do not include identity documents in the initial website enquiry.

Recipients and retention

Recipients may include hosting and email providers, professional advisers and relevant transaction parties where necessary. Applicable safeguards are used for transfers outside the EEA. Data are retained only for the relevant process, statutory periods and legitimate claims.

This website does not use non-essential cookies, advertising pixels or external analytics. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. External websites are reached only when you follow their links and operate under their own privacy notices.

Rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable. Contact info@bura.energy. Complaints may be lodged with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). No solely automated decisions are made through this website.
