- Technology, markets and preferred project stage
- Capacity range, investment size and ownership preference
- Target timing, revenue model and development risk appetite
Choose the transaction route
Acquiring an operating asset, securing a project before construction and funding development require different evidence and transaction structures.
- Acquisition opportunities across operating, RTB and selected earlier stages
- Development partnerships with defined milestones and responsibilities
- Data-center sites assessed against actual power and permitting status
Review the opportunity in detail
Review the land, grid, permitting and commercial information relevant to your acquisition or partnership. Access follows business qualification and an NDA, subject to the mandate, disclosure permissions and documents available. We work only with registered firms and their authorized representatives; KYC/KYB background checks and AML checks are standard business procedure.

Common questions
A clear starting point.
Who can request an investment shortlist?
Registered professional and strategic counterparties, including infrastructure investors, IPPs, utilities, banks and data-center investors, acting through their authorized representatives. We do not work with private individuals or offer retail investment products.
Can I request a shortlist across several countries?
Yes. Share your target markets, technologies, scale and preferred stage. We review potential matches against current availability and your acquisition or development criteria.
What becomes available after an NDA?
Depending on the project and disclosure permissions, this may include a teaser, land and grid documents, permits, technical and commercial information, or data-room access. We confirm the information available for each project and any items still to be provided.
What business verification is required?
Know Your Customer / Know Your Business (KYC/KYB) background checks and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks are part of our standard business procedure. The required company, ownership and representation information is clarified during qualification. Do not include identity documents or sensitive personal information in an initial website enquiry.
How is Bura Energy remunerated?
By a success fee under a separate written agreement, payable on completion of a transaction. No retainers.
