For developers and owners
List a project with a clear grid path.
Find an investor, acquisition partner or development partner for your renewable energy, BESS or data-center project. We consider new submissions only where there is a clear path to the grid and grid connection conditions have been obtained at minimum.
- A clear path to grid connection, with grid connection conditions obtained at minimum.
- A registered firm or an authorized representative. We do not work with private individuals.
- Standard KYC/KYB background checks and AML checks during qualification.
Check the minimum entry requirements
Grid connection conditions must have been obtained from the relevant grid operator. A nearby substation, a connection application or a capacity target alone does not meet this threshold. We work only with registered firms and their authorized representatives, not private individuals.
- Issued grid connection conditions and a clear description of remaining requirements
- A registered project owner or developer, or an authorized company representative
- A defined sale, investment or development-partnership objective
Send a concise project brief
Send a non-confidential summary of the project and the investment or partnership you are seeking. Distinguish secured rights from estimates or plans. Full technical files are not required for the first conversation.
- Country, technology, approximate capacity and current development stage
- Land rights, issued grid conditions, connection timetable and outstanding works
- Permitting status, transaction sought and your authority to represent the project
Business verification before investor outreach
As a standard business procedure, we conduct Know Your Customer / Know Your Business (KYC/KYB) background checks and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks. We also review project fit, ownership and representation before agreeing investor-facing disclosure and commercial terms.
- Company registration, ownership and authority to act
- Core project evidence and the proposed transaction perimeter
- Disclosure permissions, confidentiality and commercial arrangements
Keep investors informed as the project progresses
Up-to-date grid, permitting, pricing and availability information helps investors assess the project and prepare a relevant proposal. Share material changes as milestones are reached or terms evolve.
- Update material changes before further investor circulation
- Distinguish confirmed milestones from estimates
- Coordinate project questions with the relevant owner and advisers

A clear starting point.
Which projects are relevant?
PV, wind, standalone BESS, hybrid renewable and storage projects, and data-center sites. The focus is Central & Eastern Europe, the Baltics, the Adriatic & SEE, Italy and Austria. New submissions must have a clear path to the grid and grid connection conditions obtained at minimum.
Can I submit an early-stage project?
Yes, provided grid connection conditions have already been obtained and the development proposition is defined. Explain site control, the remaining grid and permitting steps, and the investment or partnership needed. A connection application or unconfirmed power target alone is not sufficient.
Who may submit a project?
Registered firms and their authorized representatives. We do not work with private individuals. Please identify your company and your role in relation to the project.
What background checks do you carry out?
KYC/KYB background checks and AML checks form part of our standard business procedure. We clarify the required company, ownership and representation information during the process. Do not include identity documents or sensitive personal information in an initial website enquiry.
Does submitting a project create a mandate?
No. A submission starts a discussion and does not guarantee a listing or investor introduction. Confidentiality, representation, exclusivity, fees and any other obligations require a separate agreement. Share only information you are authorized to disclose.
How is Bura Energy remunerated?
By a success fee under a separate written agreement, payable on completion of a transaction. No retainers.
