Public outlines are anonymized. Listed stage and scale are indicative; availability, mandate, grid status, permits and transaction terms require project-specific confirmation. Capacity bands may include portfolios and development targets; for PV + BESS hybrids they refer to PV capacity. A listing is not a statement of secured power.

Croatia: market context
Large renewables are supported through market-premium auctions run by HROTE. The 2024 tender offered about 607 MW and awarded support to roughly 404 MW, almost entirely solar, with bids for larger solar plants well above the segment quota. Projects outside the scheme sell on the merchant market or under PPAs.
Grid access is the main bottleneck. HERA's unit connection fee decision took effect on 1 May 2026: shallow connection costs apply at low and medium voltage, while high-voltage connections need project-specific studies. Developers still report long waits for binding connection offers, which is why issued connection conditions carry real value. Amendments to the Electricity Market Act and the renewables act are expected around the end of 2026.
Storage has no dedicated support scheme. Revenues come from aFRR and mFRR balancing and from day-ahead and intraday arbitrage. Batteries added to a solar plant are treated as part of it but may not charge from the grid, which limits arbitrage; standalone storage follows a full connection procedure.
